This article explains how to ensure meeting participants are set to  'Attendees' and not 'Presenters'. Attendee's cannot kick or mute other attendee's. By default, meeting participants have presenter rights.

1. Open the settings menu by selecting the three dots within your meeting.

2. Select Meeting options.

3. Change who can present to Only me

4. Optionally, you can disable Allow attendees to unmute. This will mute all attendees and you can control who's microphone to mute and unmute manually. 

5. Save your changes.
