- Go to the ParentMail login screen (https://pmx.parentmail.co.uk) then click the Forgotten your password? link.
- The Forgotten your password window is displayed. Enter your email address then click the Send button (this must be the email address you originally signed up with).
- A password reset link will be sent to your email address, similar to the one shown in the following graphic:Check your Junk folder if the email cannot be found, or search your inbox for info@parentmail.co.uk.
- From the email, click the Reset Password button. The Please enter a new password window is displayed.
- Enter a new password in both the New Password and Confirm Password fields then click the Continue button.The password must be at least 8 characters in length and contain at least 1 number.
