Outlook working offline/No new emails

If you aren't receiving any emails your outlook might be set to work in offline mode.

Symptoms of Outlook working in offline mode are that you will have a red cross on your outlook icon on the task bar and the bottom right of Outlook window will have the message working offline.

The Fix

• Go to Send/Receive Tab at the top of the outlook's ribbon bar
• Click Work offline Icon

• Outlook will now start syncing your emails again.
